Who gets the launch offer?
Accounts created in the first 6 months after paid plans open. You pay 10% of the plan price for your first 6 months if you pay monthly, or for your whole first year if you pay yearly. After that, the normal price applies. Accounts created before paid plans open are not part of the offer.
Can I buy a paid plan now?
Not yet. Everyone starts on Free, and paid plans open soon. We'll announce the date on this page. You will always see the price before you confirm an upgrade.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The action is blocked until the limit resets at the start of your next billing period, or until you upgrade. There are no overage charges. Sending one RFQ counts once against your monthly allowance, however many suppliers it reaches (up to your plan's cap per RFQ).
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade at any time and the new limits apply straight away. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Is the Verified badge part of a plan?
No. The Verified badge is never sold. It means our team has checked the business behind a listing, on every plan.
